The origin: Khauton х Confection
The variety is winter hardy and productive (9 t/ha).
The shrub is of medium highness and it is medium branchy and with lots of root shoots. The shoots are direct, of medium thickness and medium thorned. Thorns are numerous; generally, single but more rarely are double and triple, long and yellow-brown.
Biological peculiarities: it is fetal itself. It starts fruiting on the 2nd year. During epiphytotics years it is referred to the group of varieties medium affected by powdery mildew.
Berries are by 1-2 ones into the cluster, oval-oblong, not downy, with little wax coating, poorly lustrous, bricky-red, medium-sized (the average weight is 3-3.3 g.) and one-dimensional. The peel is thin; the flesh is juicy. The degustation evaluation is 4.5 points.
The transportability of fresh berries is good. It is suitable for dessert purpose and technical processing.
It was included into the State Register of varieties and wood and shrubby species of the Republic of Belarus in 1997; also it was included into the State Register of breeding achievements accepted to the use in the Russian Federation in 2007
